How do I get help?

Click on 'Get Help' from our homepage or use the links on the right to call, email, text, chat, or speak with us in person.

Technology help is available on the first floor of the library, by chat from our homepage (click 'tech' tab at top), and from Technology Support Services.

Help with media projects is available from the Digital Media Studio, including with how to use advanced photo and video production/editing software, the scanning of film, slides, VHS, MiniDV, large format, and general scanning, and the cameras, microphone, HD video recorders available for checkout in the DMS.
